Q:I want to register but I don't have a serial number, what should I do?
If serial number sheet is lost, please contact community management center. They will give you a new copy of serial number sheet.

Q:I have registered but why I can’t sign in?
Please check your email account for registration. You must pass email verification before you can actually sign in.

Q:Identity protection claim does not respond when I press the “send” button?
You need to select a “check box” prior to pressing the “send” button.

Q:I did not get verification email from system, what should I do?
Please check your garbage folder of your email account. If your email server blocks our verification email, please change to another email address for verification.

Q:I change a new phone. Do I have to register again?
No, you don’t. Just download cirple from google play or app store. Login with your old account and you’re set. If you forget your account, contact manage center for inquiry.

Q:I forget account/password, what should I do?
A: forget account: please contact management center to inquire your account.
B: forget password: Please click “forget password” in the login webpage. System will send you a password reset email. Please open the link and change a new password.

Q:I did not get push notification of new announcementor package arrival. Why?
In the Cirple settings, make sure that notification is enabled. If it’s enabled, find applications in the settings in your cell phone, double click “Cirple” application and enable notification. Then you will get notification.

Q:How can I inquire history of the announcement?
Open Cirple, select “Announcement”. Click magnifier icon in the right-upper corner. Enter the key word you wish to search, and then click “Search”.

Q:Why can’t I use facility reservation function?
Please select “I agree the rules of facility management” after reading. Then you are able to make a reservation.

Q:I have multiple serial numbers, should I register multiple accounts?
No, you won’t. Single account allows to associate with many serial numbers. If you have more than one serial number, go to settings in Cirple, enter the serial number you may have. In the future you can switch to different groups to browser relative messages.

A: forgot account: Please ask help from your company to check your account in the Cirple backend system.

Please ask help from your company to check your serial number in the Cirple backend system. Once you get it, you can register and login to Cirple backend system.

Q:My computer is sent for maintenance/re-installed. Where can I download Cirple backend system?
Search key word “Cirple member login” in google. Click and enter. Select identity “Management center” and login. Remember to add this website in your favorite book.

Q:How to let residents write down their gas degree?
Please use “Add new gas period” in the gas registration function. Once it is done, residents can write down their gas degree. (for detail steps, please refer to Cirple backend instructions.)

Q:I have a bunch of public assets to register, where can I print the labels ?
Please use “Import” and “Print labels” in the property tag function in Cirple backend system. Then you are able to import property list and list property lables. (for detail steps, please refer to Cirple backend instructions.)

Please set up a new account. If there is an existing account, please inform user to register account again.

It requires 8 digit number to sign in Cirple Duty app. Please contact your unit/company for that number.

Q:I sign in Cirple Duty app, but I am not able to add new package.
Please make sure you have scan the QR-code to enter the community which you belong to. After scanning, you can start to use Cirple Apps.

Q:I scan the QR-code but the app shows “Please scan the right QR-Code”, what happened?
There is a designated QR-code for each community to sign in. Don’t scan the QR-code for patrolling.

Q:If two men operates two different pads to create new package, will it be easy to have the same package number?
Please make sure the network is stable. Immediately refresh data after a new package is created. Then multiple package number problem can be avoided.

Q:Why I see other community name after I sign in?
If community name is not correct, please scan designated QR-code of your community. Then you can normally use Cirple Duty app.

Q:How to let package number starting from 1 when I create new package?
Just click the package number and modify to whatever number you wish.

Q:If security guard no longer services the community, how to deal with their serial number?
Please contact your company. Relative people will assist to disable the serial number.

Q:For resident, how to claim the package?

If the pad is not connected to the Internet, system will switch to off-line mode. During off-line mode, all the new packages are not able to update to the cloud server database. But it can still operate normally. In this case, please check the Internet immediately.
